The need
A brief I set myself: a small local agency. The visitor is looking for a property or wants to value their own, and needs to feel they are dealing with serious people who know the area.
What I did
A reassuring take: a slab serif (Besley) with Inter, warm paper, navy and brass. A filterable property catalogue (type, area, budget), a property sheet in a side panel (gallery, details, viewing request), an estimate calculator that returns a range, an agency section. Light and dark theme.
The outcome
Shows a catalogue site with search and a detail sheet, plus a valuation tool that starts the conversation. The catalogue and estimate are demos; they would connect to transaction software.
