How an engagement unfolds
1. First contact & discovery
A first conversation to understand your business, goals, timeline and budget. No commitment.
2. Scoping & quote
I define the scope: deliverables, schedule, line-by-line budget. You approve before anything starts.
3. Design
Sitemap and wireframes for the web, moodboard and directions for identity, script and location scouting for video.
4. Production
Development, shooting or creation in short iterations, with regular progress updates and permanent access to the work in progress.
5. Review & adjustments
You test, you comment. Two rounds of feedback are included to fine-tune the details.
6. Delivery & go-live
Deployment, hands-on training, handover of every access and source file. The project is yours.
7. Follow-up & support
Maintenance, fixes, improvements and advice over time, with a guaranteed response time.

+ – Do you provide the gear and shooting crew?
Yes, turnkey shooting: camera, sound, lighting, framing. For bigger setups I bring in trusted Breton partners, always named openly.
+ – Can we do a video without redoing the site?
Of course. Video is a service in its own right. But if you do both with me, everything is planned together.
+ – Who writes the script?
I do, from a workshop with you. You approve the outline before the shoot.
