This policy explains what personal data Breizh’IT collects through this site, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Contact / quote request form: name, email address, phone (optional), company (optional) and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your request and prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Audience measurement: number of visits, page views, traffic source, performance indicators. This is done with an in-house tool, without cookies, using a truncated IP address turned into a non-reversible identifier renewed every day. No individual profile is built. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site.
No data is sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.
Unconverted contact / quote requests: 12 months after the last exchange.
Quotes and accounting documents: kept in line with legal obligations (up to 10 years), pseudonymised beyond the client relationship.
Audience measurement: aggregated data kept for 24 months.
Technical logs: 12 months.
Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (www.ovh.com).
Sending notification emails: the sending provider chosen by Breizh’IT, located in the European Union or offering equivalent guarantees.
No data is transferred outside the European Union without adequate contractual safeguards.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise them, write to contact@breizhit.fr describing your request. You will receive a reply within one month at most.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
