2. Scoping & quote
I define the scope: deliverables, schedule, line-by-line budget. You approve before anything starts.
3. Design
Sitemap and wireframes for the web, moodboard and directions for identity, script and location scouting for video.
4. Production
Development, shooting or creation in short iterations, with regular progress updates and permanent access to the work in progress.
5. Review & adjustments
You test, you comment. Two rounds of feedback are included to fine-tune the details.
6. Delivery & go-live
Deployment, hands-on training, handover of every access and source file. The project is yours.
7. Follow-up & support
Maintenance, fixes, improvements and advice over time, with a guaranteed response time.

+ – Can I manage my site myself afterwards?
Yes, with the back office option (from €350): you manage your copy and images yourself, without necessarily contacting me. Otherwise, you send me the changes and I handle them.
+ – What if I would rather not deal with it?
I offer a maintenance plan: security updates, checked backups, fixes and small changes. You choose: full autonomy, full delegation, or a mix of both.
+ – How long for a marketing site?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks depending on the number of pages and content production. You get a precise schedule at scoping.
+ – Will the site work on mobile?
Always. I design mobile-first, then adapt to larger screens.
