My method
No jargon, no grey areas. Here is exactly how a project runs, from the first talk to launch. You sign off on every stage: nothing moves without your go-ahead.
From the scoping workshop to go-live, a fast, accessible site built to convert.
A scoping workshop: your goals (sell, recruit, inform), your audiences, your constraints, your competitors. We leave with a shared brief.
We formalise the scope: page list, features, content to provide, languages, measurable success criteria, schedule and budget. You approve before a line of code is written.
We draw the site structure and the skeleton of each page, in black and white, to validate substance before form.
We apply your identity: colours, type, images, components, light and dark, mobile and desktop. Two rounds of revisions included.
In one- to two-week increments, with a demo at the end of each cycle on a staging link. You follow progress continuously.
Unit, integration and end-to-end tests (a bot replays real journeys), plus accessibility and browser compatibility.
Target: under 2s to render on mobile 4G. Semantic structure, metadata, structured data, sitemap, clean URLs per language.
Go-live with no downtime, redirects for old URLs, HTTPS, monitoring. We do the switch with you, on a chosen date.
Monthly plan: security updates, verified backups, fixes, small improvements, quarterly report.
What you get at the end
The first talk is free. I'll quickly tell you if, and how, I can help.
