The need
A brief I set myself: showing what “no black box” means day to day. The client sees where the project stands, what is expected of them, and can write to me without hunting for an email.
What I did
The portal I hand my clients during a project: a project header with the current phase and a progress bar, tracking of the six stages (done / current / upcoming), deliverables to download, invoices with status, a message thread with a live reply, a “your next action” panel. Sober, in Breizh’IT colours, light and dark theme.
The outcome
A meta demo: this is the tracking tool I actually use. Shows that a Breizh’IT project is not just the delivered site, it is also how it is run.
